You’ve helped us – and other customers – throughout the year by getting involved and sharing your opinions and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We have lots of exciting new projects coming in 2024, including plenty of surveys which’llgive you the opportunity to shape our services.We’relaunching our new Customer Voice hub as well asour communal cleaning evaluation panel, while our Glorious Gardens competition will return in the spring.
During 2023:
712 new customers registered to join The Hub
There were over 12,900 visits to The Hub
We created 31 new projects on The Hub
We sent out 35 surveys asking your opinion and received 5,541 responses
450 of you told us your views in a quick poll
338 customers downloaded documents from our project pages
We sent out 18 newsletters containing current opportunities and to share updates with you.
