Reasonable Adjustments - Policy Consultation

We’d like to invite you to take part in an online focus group to help us shape a new policy around reasonable adjustments and supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances.

Your views and experiences – whether you have individual needs or not – will be really valuable in making sure the policy works for everyone.

What’s involved:

  • The focus group will take place online via Microsoft Teams.

  • We’ll ask you to read documents beforehand – everything you need will be provided.

  • The session will be informal, and you don’t need to have any specific experience to take part.
