We want to reduce the number of customers ending their tenancies with us. To help us achieve this, we asked customers to complete a survey so we could find out more about the issues customers are facing and how we can support them.
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey. The responses have been presented to the Director of Housing, he's now working on this with the Housing Team and will let us know what actions have been taken with the feedback you've given us.
