Planned Maintenance Working Group

The Planned Maintenance Working Group will play a key role in reviewing the working practices of the Planned Works Team.

The Group provides valuable recommendations to enhance communication and processes, ensuring we identify and address areas for service improvement.

With a strong customer focus, the group takes a flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of our tenants.

Additionally, the group is committed to monitoring performance, upholding high service standards, and supporting the delivery of quality maintenance services.

Definition of Planned Works

Planned Works means we’ve identified that your home needs an upgrade, such as new windows, a roof, a bathroom, a kitchen, or heating. We determine this through our stock condition surveys. If your home is included, we’ll add it to our planned programme and contact you to let you know when the work will take place.

The aims of the Planned Maintenance Working Group are to:

  • Operate on behalf of customers to make sure that we respond to planned maintenance in a way that meets their needs.
  • Monitor and review performance targets and customer satisfaction for planned maintenance.
  • Examine the evidence of good and bad practice within Amplius and make recommendations for service improvements.
  • Review information shared with customers linked to planned maintenance and check the effectiveness of the processes used when dealing with planned maintenance.

All meetings will be on Microsoft Teams.

Further information can be found in the FAQs and documents section on this page.

Closing date 24 February.

    Good morning

The plan is to hold the meetings online. This is because of the amount of travel that would be involved for members who are scattered across the country.

    Best regards

    Helen
